Kevin Langeree is one of the most experienced riders out there. Like Ruben, he always works very hard to stay in top physical condition. Strength & flexibility, not just cardiovascular fitness are a 'must' to minimise chance of injury when riding really powered up. His style is powerful, yet extremely fluid; a great combination. Something for you younger riders to aspire to I'd suggest.
