As i far as im concerned you where the face of slingshot, you'd ben there from pretty much the beginning and definately led the way in the waves and pushed the sport. Probaly the nicest way anyone has ever left a company. All the best

Good luck with your future .I remember first seeing you ages ago on an ar5 naish really doing really out there stuff for the time . For any of the young fellas or girls out there with some talent take a leaf out of Ben's book on how to go hard for what you want out of like, self promote and make it ,doing something you love.While being gracious in that pursuit.

Yeah have to agree with you there rowdy, and in my opinion the king is Wilson... He is the man, and will continue to be even after the relationship with slingshot ends. Just on a side note, does anyone know what booney and balls are doin these days? Have not heard of them in a while...

Does this mean there will be a flood of Rev's and Octanes on the secondhand market when all the wavekiters buy the new 'must have' wave kite.

I heard from a reliable source he taking up a lucrative offer from 2 new companies- Speedo and Croc's and possibly getting out of the kite scene and going in a new direction

Thanks so much for all the positive feedback and well wishes, I'm really blown away with all the support.

Many of you are wondering what I am too; well there are a few things I can tell you. Firstly I'm not giving up kiting..... In fact far from it as I’m loving it more than ever theses days.

I'm going to be focusing even more on producing VISION, in the form of DVD’s, Web clips, some film stuff and TV to share my passion of kite-surfing with others.

I’m even more motivated to push the boundaries of riding waves with a kite and hopefully get some really big ones in the near future.

We will be running more Accelerator Wave camps around the globe based on the success of our camps in Bali.

I'm now working with some non-kiting based sponsors, which will allow me even more freedom to pursue the dream.

There are a few other projects in the pipeline, which are top secret at this stage, but as soon as I can share them I will.

So stay tuned..... This is a just a new beginning!
