Quick question.
Does it matter what brand of board you have or is it a universal system for foot pad attaching. Eg are all the screw locations in the same place? I have a rrd posion board and want to put better foot pads and straps on.

No the boards usually have different spacing for the plugs, but its not so dramatic and the pads have slots, so they can be used for various boards.
You may come across two extremes though where they wont match up but you can extend the slots a bit as well.
I just checked some from our boards, and they go from 14cm-17cm
Max would be 18.5 by extending as an example.

Straps are usually fully adjustable except for some super cheap stuff.

The Naish hole spacing's on the new "Ally" pads have a significant adjustment range and should be interchangeable with various brands.
