The new Slingshot 'Joint" is here.
Will test & review asap but just wondering if anyone out there has tried them?
Might be just the thing to make a Torres Strait crossing a comfy ride

I haven't tried them but usually ride with Ronix boots. I reckon they couldnt give levels of comfort or control as boots, and would be hard to bail when sh1t hits the fan. Possibly worst of both worlds.

From a cup half full approach they would be way easier to get into than boots and would give you more confidence with landings than straps.

Hmmm analysis seems to have cancelled itself out.

Old technology in Australia

Remember the NSI kite/wake boots? The velcro would wash open and annoy the hell outta ya.
