Hey, does anyone know where I am able to get a SINGLE Cabrinha 2.00 inch fin, I really don't want to have to get 4 and they all come in 4 packs and I only need one... lets just say someone ran over the tail end of my 4 HOUR OLD cabrinha custom which was by the boot of my car... I was standing next to it too thinking surely he wouldnt drive into me, but yeh even I had to move outof the way to avoid getting my foot crushed. Still feeling gutted, although it was half my fault even though the driver was in his own little world when we were going nuts at him and yelling at him to stop as he rolled towards our boards.

Taking it to get looked at for repair tommorow, I am absolutly amazed that the board took the strain, not even a fracture in the core from the look/sound/bend/feel of it, all that happened was the fin got crushed, the fins threads got ripped clean out and the fin pushed up into the deck breaking the surface on the other side, but not right through, just made a very neat slit into the board.

Got a 9m T2 though... love it.

Yeh, here are some pics.

The underside, you can see the fin pushed up into the body of the board, just punched a neat slit into the underside.



Then on the deck, some of the material has come through the board.



I've gotta say, I was very lucky considering what may have happened if the car went any further over the board.

I'd be 100% totally happy if I am able to come get a spare fin off you Steve, having to buy 4 new ones is a kick in the nuts after that.

i Should add to this story that that board that got run over was actually sitting ontop of JiimmyZ other board which was sitting over mine,,,,,,so any further and all 3 boards would have been destroyed...

Anyway,
the first thing I'd do would be to scratch that Kitepower sticker off the tail.
Get rid of it.
For an integral repair, you need a nice clean surface to start with.

lol I decided to leave all the stickers on because my mate lex has the exact same board and it would be a bit difficult to tell them apart.

^ Allen, bring it on mate... already got the back roll down its only a matter of time before handle passes, railies and F16's.... next stop unhooked. Doesnt look like we will get wind for ages though
