Is this setup suitable for learning ?

Have just bought this foil, it has a low aspect learning wing on the front and a medium aspect wing on the back. Will it be suitable for learning on ? Does it need a larger rear wing or wont make any difference Cheers

There are better, and there are worse. You'll be fine. Then you'll buy a decent foil.

I never get it when people buy stuff before they start to research it ...

But yes, as Kamikuza said, you'll be fine on the ole LF, ... for a while ...

That foil will work just fine for leaning on - but with the high lift of the front wing you will need to get weight on the front foot to stop it 'climbing out of the water' as your speed increases. The stance for foiling is completely different to your considerable twin tip experience - forget everything you know !! You were doing pretty well the other day - just keep at it !!
