Considering the Peak4 is designed as a snow kite, that would be my first choice. (Disclosure: I sell Flysurfer kites)
First you can see in the video below what a Peak4 can do and the safety features designed therein. Hands down when set up correctly, the Peak4 is the safest kite you can use on land. And when that land is mountainous and the wind gusty safety matters. You can also use the peak4 on any 4 line bar with equal lines though the Connect bar from Flysurfer is inexpensive, simple and lightweight. The Connect bar also is configurable for the 5th line B safe system but if you have 5 line Ozone bars they should be able to perform this function as well.
The Peak4 is low cost and very quick to set up and take down. You could buy at least two Peak4's, (depending on size), for the cost of one twin skin foil kite. This means you can take at least 2 Peak4 kites with you snow touring as they'll fit in a small backpack. The largest 13m Peak4 weighs just over 1.5 kg and the 6m and smaller kites are all under 1kg. 5m and up Peak4's will fly in 3knots of wind.
Peak4 kites are also fantastic for surf hydrofoiling with the most fun kites being 6m and smaller. Don't be fooled by the small Peak4 kites as they have a lot of power for their size and instant power, depower and quick turning at all parts of the wind window. But the most significant characteristic of a Peak4 in surf is the incredible drift which enables you to surf with the foil without the kite getting in the way.
There are plenty of other videos on Youtube featuring the Peak4 on snow and foiling.
