tear drop flags are flimsy and **** any suggestions on neat quick assembly and functional flags ?

when those teardrop flags are made with a flexipole that bends over and tensions they shouldnt need alot to hold them up. they basically should try to tack upwind . Ive had them them on a salt lake in 25knts and the leading edge is angled to windward
