Getting increasingly difficult to drive down Stirling Hwy these days, brought about by the increasing flooding caused by global warming.

A message brought to you by the ministry of truth, aka U.N government.

We have been\was in drought for 10 years in Australia. Rain clouds are formed by drawing the moisture from the oceans and land, more from the oceans though. (basic description) So that equals when the land is in drought and it hasnt been raining that there has to be all this extra moisutre (or water if you will) sitting somewhere waiting to be collected. Thats why the oceans are higher at the moment.
So if we could then break all the worlds droughts the oceans would drop

Almost sounds like the gunman over the grassy knoll theory, except that due to the drought its not a grassy knoll any more its just that pile of dirt over there

You people will never learn will ya.

Look to the past for the keys to the future.

I have spent the last 40 periods wisely, by building an ark.

I am currently making a list of all the animals I will be putting into it. The list is about twice as long as I had first imagined, primarily due to having to have two of everything.

I can't decide though whether to have two kiters or not. I am thinking their lines might get tangled with the giraffes and cause a stampede.

Hasn't this one been done and dusted before with the believers and non believers being declared both ways.

Don't dare say that the whole global warming/climate change/rising sea level thing is the hoax of the millenia which it is or you will have loggy and soggy frothing at the mouth again and we will have to hit them with another rabies shot each again.

Come on Joe!! How about a relevant question such as "Why is the Australian Taxpayer (us folk) subsidising Ford and G.M. to the tune of some $70 million?"

I heard it on the ABC Classic FM radio news today.

i do know that water is at its greatest density at 4 degrees c. as temp rises, water takes up more space.

http://www2.volstate.edu/CHEM/Density_of_Water.htm

so couple this with ice cap, glaciers etc and you can see a slight problem.

I heard it on the ABC Classic FM radio news today.

Easy solution: close the factories sell the assets, and divide the money made + $ 70 mil equaly between the sacked employees, problem solved! I had a small shop that did not return money.... the gov. did not give me anything and I still had to pay my GST and tax when I closed! Why should it be different for the big ones? They are just slowing the inevitable jump!
