Because the bloke running across the lake surface (beginning at o:46) has been completely debunked one must wonder how much of the rest is just clever digital enhancement.

Discussed the guy running on water with a mate when that vid first came out, he reckons it is'nt digitally enhanced, he believes there's a plank slightly sumerged below the water surface.
Feel for the guy who did the back flip off the platform, reckon he hurt himself quite badly, did'nt look too convincing when he attempted to stand upright after the jump, entertaining vid, made me cringe a few times though, J

The guy running across the water was a prank done by as previously stated y running along a submerged deck.
All others are legit and are taken from longer vid's of similar stunts.
The guys in the gym are part of a martial arts stunt crew, the soccor ball guy who knocks of the can of the railing is amazing, the wheel chair at the beginning is a crusty demon, the parquor guys are fit loonies with coordination.
For every you 100 tube vid's which Petermac backstrokes over there are some with some hugely talented people in.
