2.- HAARP doesn't have the energy to do that (although it is in the right path) they use the Japanese MDS radars as a daisy chain for HAARP presumably to affect China/Russia.
3.- The Japanese build the best buildings in the world to withstand Earthquakes, and my friend in Tokyo felt it, and one of my companies factories had significant structural damage, 1 guy died, 14 people injured Tochigi prefecture, still offline... no Tsunami damage.
