Check my last windski movie clip! When we have some good conditions, it's a real pleasure!

Neat. Looks like fun.
But I don't think we could use it here.
Not too many days where the waters freeze over.
Well,.. in fact,.. none at all in the last hundred years.
But with all this 'Daaayngerous climate change', who knows?
Let me just check outside,.............. . . nope. 24deg C and steady.
Forecast is for 39 C within a week.

Actually windski can get up & go 187kph is tbe current record from memory

Try google they had a special sail that they actually stood inside with the boom like a giant luff pocket &apparently they can get 4 times the speed of the wind with it &that was the record as far as I can remember.im sure some tech head could find & post a link

Believe he means ice yachting, yes then it's a few times.
Not on skis and snow though - too much friction, different things altogether.

Yeah I saw some of the ice sailing info, though even with ice sailing, they have not achieved speeds like that since the introduction of GPS.
