Personally (I have never owned a van), i dont like them.
First mistake, how can you possibly pass comment on van ownership?
They are harder to see past than 4wds.
Hardly a problem if you happen to be the driver of the van
If I'm not mistaken, even WA roads have speed limits. My 20 year old 2.4L Diesel van with 322,000kms on the clock can still do the speed limit loaded with guys and gear, no tickets no worries.
they all look exactly the same
Yes, the same way as all yellow hatchbacks look the same,
and all green utes look the same,
and all blue sedans looks the same
and all red convertables look the same....
Having previously rolled a 4x4, I would still prefer to drive a van.
So don't travel on trains
and they look unsafe (limited crumple zone at the front).
Don't crash
Who wants to join my club[}:)]
Is that the 'I have never owned a van but I hate them club'
or the 'All vans suck and are unstable but I would like a 4x4 L300 Club'?
I do think they are practical for carrying stuff around, or lots of people.
The first intelligent thing you've said.
I didnt say they werent good, i just dont like them.
Ahh, like brocolli?
Like I hate hummers, im sure they are fine, but i think they are for *insert inappropriate word

*
I like hummers, isn't that where the lady goes hmmmmmmmm while .......
I would however have a 4wd van. perfect for exploring a few little offraod things.
Nice, slower and more top heavy than a regular van, which you don't like
ps, i have a white car, can i join the club?
No, as I previously mentioned all white cars look the same.
Change my mind by proving me wrong.
You can make luuurve in a van, with twins.
(I have never done this but it would be possible I'm sure)
