As per the rules ....
Email these guys and they can find you the correct "map url" for the fisheries resource of that section of coast line ,
about beaches in NSW (don't know WA) you cannot fish withing 50 yards of the ends of beaches.

No fishing here always feel sorry for the boat crew who drag one up here from Perth, hit heaps of tailor in the lagoon last night on my tt
