Surely this guy ,
David Attenborough
I love nothing better than being educated with this guys knowledge on wildlife,
In music we have Our legends, but for me nobody has dedicated their life in such a manner to put his love of the wildlife great and small across to us,
The guys a bloody legend and I carnt see anyone waiting to step into his footsteps,
Respect where it's due![]()

LMAO - unicorn sex ranch, going to remember and use that one Kozzie!!
I'm with you on that cauncy, if I just hear the gentleman's voice I can't help myself, I just have to stop what I'm doing and watch/listen.
Had a French Canadian Crew member on board my boat for a while and she taught Zoology. I asked her if she'd heard of Sir David and she said she had never heard of him. She knew of Jacques Cousteau (of course). I asked her what television shows they get in Canada/Quebec and she said a lot of from English (GB). Maybe I pronounced Attenborough's name incorrectly but I thought he would have been a household name for anyone with a television set.
Prof Brian Cox is branching out from his original cosmology shows and seems like he is being groomed as a replacement. He's done some great shows about Life, the universe and everything, but the number 42 is in dispute which is a bit of a worry.
In as similar vain from a doco point of view, I would have to say Morgan Freeman. His narrative has me listening.
^^ +1, was really sad when I heard he passed away in south africa, had no idea he was in politics too !
