After being in Darwin most kite sessions all year round ended in a cooling Ale. Fantastic to wash the salt away.

Now in Victoria, a little bit colder, and i'm doing fresh water lakes. I have re-discovered an old favourite after sessions. Stones Green Ginger. not bad straight up for a warmer-upper, and also a good dash in your fav beer or bourbon (and coke for me) gets the heart warmed up.

Give the Stone's Mac a try next time, you won't be dissappointed!

I'm a bit partial to a drop (or couple of cans) of rum also!

Now I do remember being very very intoxicated sometimes and puking pretty bad.
However I'm sure I have never spewed out of my nostrils also. That must be pleasant........

always keep a bottle in the camping gear for winter, and a bottle stashed in the schooner for light winds

Ha! Beat me to it! Was looking for that exact pic.

One of the 1st times I asked the folks if i could have a couple of bevvies at a party i was going to Dad says "Sure, here take this with you ." Hands me a bottle of SGGW from the very back of the liquor cabinet (keeping the Bundy company).

Came home sober..and wiser. BYO next time.

BTW MarkOz - you haven't lived until you have 'tasted' Guinness via your nostrils. >>><<<

I've had Guinness induced 'stuff' pouring from every orofice all at once.
Its quite a feat and when on holiday (minus children and wives) its something i aspire to repeat.

Seeing black stew/spew flying forth to be free from your guts is kinda like being held down ander a massive set until your lungs nearly burst.

You're thinking "Crikey this is close to death!! If I make it outta here I'm gonna live life to the full, call my folks, help out a charity, boof that old girlfriend that was sweet.." Then you get outta there (just) and do it all over again the next session.
