Any recommendations on where in Phi I'd find something like the Philippines version of Nusa Lembongan / Nusa Ceningan?

Looking for a quiet break in a tropical country, with nice clear beaches, snorkeling, fishing, uncrowded and smallish towns like NL NC, a few little bars, bungalow accommodation, relaxed feel, but not crazy remote that I'm drinking from a well.

Appreciate any tips from people who have traveled Phi.

Cheers. I've heard good things. Seems I'm locked into Phi with mates, but Mauritius is on my list for future trips.

mate your only option in the phillipines is Siargo island, everywhere is is like 1-2 foot for about 2 months of the year and dead flat... that is only a lie if you have your own chartered boat and unlimited amounts of time and petrol to visit isolated islands with probably decent breaks.

Siargao is cool though, fly from cebu and then you can either stay at cloud 9 or go north to some really isolated reef breaks (8 hour drive) and they are good breaks, with many breaks in paddle distance to one another if one gets to crowded one day.
