Everything has been invented.
...but man there are some cool things on this site:

www.thisiswhyimbroke.com/

I seriously want one of these for my office of evil.

Genius! Anti-theft lunch bags!

There are some pointless things on that site.

Pffft. Shark air swimmers. They'll never catch on!

Interesting selection EvlPanda.... www.thisiswhyimbroke.com/

If Laurie asked me to choose one of those products to flog here on the Breeze it would be the arcade light switch. (The pizza saw cutter would be my second choice)

Because they are relatively cheap (to purchase and to post), I'd buy a few thousand and store them in Adolf's spare room (next to the all the unsold air swimmers).

I kind of liked those Inflatable Walk On Water Balls.

Hey Elroy, I've only got a few fish left I even sold some this week as quite a few people had this happen to them:

Brilliant. A product that flies away. That's a step above a product that is designed to fail... The purchaser feels guilty instead of angry.

It's a top motivator. A crying kid watching their toy, that Dad bought for them from a guy on Seabreeze, just fly away onto the distance. Suckers...

Back to the marketing of the Arcade light switch.

In the 1st phase I would post a few freebies out to the serial posters.

Let the influential posters (cool kids) do the pimping unknowingly. 62mac, DavidJohn, Doggie, MarkAus, PR, MobDisc, Evl Panda (probably not Cisco).

Secondly use Nostalgia [Cue the music before reading on]

(thinking a blend of bmx bandits and Beverley Hills cop theme song)

Would be good to get this Arcade switch to fly away when a kid's hand touches it.

Otherwise we need to get some boobs (or the potential to get more boobs) into the mix, somehow. Hmmm. Suggestions?

And now I'm gunna write crap about you writing crap complaining about me writing crap...

Done.

Don't steal my idea - it's still in the storyboard phase.

I was hoping I could work with you on this. It's gunna be huge.

You could store the stuff at your house, be the east coast distributor and national sales manager. I'm gunna contribute some ideas. We can split profits 45/65.

P.S. How's your daughter's car going?

No way, I don't want to end up in jail.

Those switches probably don't meet Australian standards and need to be fitted by a licensed electrician.

Yeah, could just imagine you sending a whole bunch to DJ. He installs them himself, two days later his house burns down. There is a Coronial Inquest into what happened and you are thrown in prison.

P.S. My daughter went for her license a few days ago and failed, so she has to go for it again. I got her one of those defensive driving courses for xmas and will look at getting her a VW Golf after she gets her licensce

Well as a special deal to all astute seabreeze investors I'm selling for only $36 including express post - get your pre orders now. They will land in Australia next week.

Awww gee!! I am cut to the quick.

I thought I might be able to handle the reverse motivation marketing angle.

I like that Iphone case! It's practical and would be great for an older user.
Unfortunately that's the type of person that isn't Apple's prime target of 13 to 25.

One of the many generation y targeted marketing strategies involves Apple recruiting the cool kids (aged 13 to 17) in schools.
Everyone wants to have an Ipod like the cool kids.

In American Colleges the peer pressure continues. The influential cool kids can be an "official college rep" for the Iphone. www.apple.com/education/campusreps/

The brain activity of some wannabe Iphone using cool kids, studied using a MRI, was found to be similar to devoted Christians.

So all I'm suggesting is that these things won't sell themselves. Like the latest steam mop or the ab master pro 6600 these things are gonna have to be pushed, to the right audience.

If you get DJ onboard (and then work on 62Mac) then I'm in for sure.

But would it be possible if I could go by the title, 'West Coast Manager' instead?

The Iphone wallet should be marketed to the 40 to 55 bracket.
The SUP and Longboard forums would be perfect to convince mature types that they would require an Iphone (and will therefore require a special wallet).

Harness the cool kid talent and we'll be cranking the coin.

DJ (cool kid) has shown that he can market 'the SUP stoke' to the 40+ market while intertwining crocs sandles, Naish sub tankers, Kialoa paddles and after downwinda maccas meals.

Thoughts?

Good point about these iphone genuine leather book cases appealing more to the astute older generation.

What if I set up stalls in big service stations along Hwy 1 in places like Wiener World in Goulburn and Albury. I can target Grey Nomads passing through as they are getting their three veg and meat. Or maybe go to all those SUP events and target those more mature astute moody types.

This might be something I could get Cisco involved with?

You were quick to dismiss my idea. Is that your only critique of the Arcade light switch or do you think the concept simply won't take off?

You're never going to crank the coin if you're going to think how the product will affect others. Who gives a shizzle.

Do you think Tony Robbins spent a milli second thinking how his book 'unleash the power within' turned a couple happy grom shredders away
from the magic of surfing waves and the freedom of the beach into executive assertive workaholic go getters?

Do you think Tim Shaw thought for a minute that if he was to pressure sell his set of Demtel steak knives to vulnerable members of society
that there would be a high chance one of these knives would be exhibit B (alleged weapon) in the magistrates court in 1996?

These men made a packet by not over thinking their role in society.

Anyway if you must be 'a goody two-shoes' Adolf, I could get stickers made up. It would be best to use Chinglish on the stickers.

This will help minimise any potential future litigious actions. Stickers would read "Arcade switch not use in power home".

You aren't ever gunna get them so what's the point? I gave you the opportunity of a lifetime to get in on the ground floor of a major business opportunity and you've blown it, chasing your own pipe dreams.

I reckon you are better off pressing refresh on au.news.yahoo.com/ and wait for the next major disaster so you can copy and paste what it says on Seabreeze.

If I have the outline of your proposal then I can work out it's viability. I can use a calculator as good as you can use Ctrl C.

Incidentally, do you remember the thread starter you stole from Aussie Stock forums and posted it on here (Remember to read the 18th post. It is Seabreeze GOLD)?

Hey, No one is perfect and we all make mistakes from time to time, no need to dwell on the past. Who's Oliver anyway?

Let me tell you DJ and Mac are all really pumped about the idea of flogging these genuine hand crafted, cowhide leather bookbook iphone wallets to fat old bald watermen in the sup community and making a quick/easy buck.

Regarding the business proposal, I'll get my solicitor to fax you the spreadsheets and legals on Monday.

I'm just as pumped as you are on this one Elroy!

Can you get a wallet made for my android - I mean Iphones are sooooooo yesterday & only for the younger sucked-in generation.

I don't think the Iphone one would be compatible without a $25 app download (only avail from your exclusive on-line store) [}:)]

Looks like you passed Adolf's BS test also Dave! ... Top stuff!

You must feel as important as a frequent flyer who just received their first gold stamp.

You should expect a business proposal from Adolf also (it requires constant work but you must continue keeping your feelings of elitism under control).

How do you like the sound of 'North East Coast Distributor'? With the Cool kids now on side, this Iwallet is going to generate truckloads of coin for us

By the end of the year we will be sipping Seabreeze cocktails in Adolfville.

2012 is going to be huge! I'm pumped!

Nah, I don't want to work with Kiteboy - he looks like some sort of alien worm - what is that thing? I do very much like his work though - very thorough research. Laurie should make him a mod - he's tough, but fair.

I'm pumped about these iphone bookbooks too. Just been following a few of these on ebay.

I'm getting em for $12 a pop - By the end of twenty twelve I'm gunna be rich beyond my wildest dreams. The future's so bright - I'm gunna need some knock off Chinese raybans.

After I sell a enough to cover costs, I'll get some of these for the older astute female investors:
