Hi, done some lessons and now looking into the sport, could I get some feedback on buying some gear, is second hand ok, or is brand new the way to go, what type of gear should I be buying to start me off. thanks

Well 1st up you need a horse, and a condom and hope fully the horse can direct you to the right forum as this is the general and you could be talking about anything!

To start of, you just want first gear,
When you get cruising......you can go for the top gear

Long boarding, I'll be buggered, you did some research. I on the other hand went straight for the smarta*se textbook and now have egg.

No mate you should knock up your own. You start with a street post, three wheelbarrow wheels and a fertiliser bag and in no time at all you will be lying down going feet first along the beach at 80 klm/h with your bum 2 inches off the ground.
