Had to make a seperate thread for this, I've already done enough damage in the funny images thread.
I was in the 7 month long Melbourne lockdown, the dictator would go on TV everyday talking about how he would get everyone tested and every person wouldn't have the virus, he'd talk about donuts and how you're not allowed to go anywhere until he gets a donut, and the kids can't go to the park until he gets a donut. The result was that if anyone got tested I would never speak to them again.

Maybe, but we could we first also record that that if remery was currently with us he would be able to point out that while a red carpet for Putin in Alaska is 'the enduring feature of everything that a Trump presidency is', that Andrews attending a Chinese military parade with Putin, Xi and Kim Jong Un for the primary purpose of enriching himself is perhaps the 'enduring legacy of what the Andrew's government stood for'

It is just a bunch of pictures of people partaking in a Krispy Kreme promo from a few years ago.
So it has as much funny and as much relevance of say a bunch of people taking selfies of themselves getting 4c / litre discount at a servo because they also bought a snickers in 2020.
Wowser - what a let down. I assumed it was making some sort of satirical political commentary based on current affairs. A comment so nuanced and subtle that even the great mind of Carantoc didn't actually comprehend. I was quite relieved when Mark asked the question, it allowed Carantoc's ignorance to remain hidden.
