I can reccomend a good psychiatrist who works at the homeless outreach program theyve seen alot of **** but nothing quite this bad but they should be able to maybe assist you in the right direction.

If only there was some sort of invention that had a turning propellor that spun while you sat down... above the water.... some sort of vessell or craft... like a water... craft... what sort of water craft has a propellor.... maybe something you could leave parked infront of your neighbours house on a trailer and never get around to useing because the flares are out of date
