A mate of mine filmed this last week - Some baby whales getting mauled by Orcas near Exmouth. The kids had been swimming with the whale sharks a few minutes before this started.....

They are not killer whales..... They are undercover Japanese in disguise eating our whales again! Bastirds![:!

Loved the way everyone one on the boat went silent after the blood started to fly. Before that they all thought they were at waterworld watching the Orcas do tricks. People lose half their brains when they become tourists.

They were probably dumbfounded by the opportunity to watch natural predation first hand instead of watching it on a David Attenborough wild life show.

what is the saying? -

" nature is red in tooth and claw"

its hard not to feel a little sad for the whales but at the same time is the realisation that the Orcas are doing what they do to survive. \There is no sentimentality in nature.
