Help - Recover lost data from Drive (MAC)

Hi I've got an external SATA drive that has been formatted and I need to recover some data. Can anyone recommend me some free recovery software please (for MAC)

Hi Zed, not free but pretty good
Disk Warrior- www.alsoft.com/diskwarrior/

A muso friend of mine thought he'd lost all of his recording on his mac drive after it crapped out...we used disk warrior and recovered everything.

+1 on disk warrior, I had to use it a few years ago and it worked very well.
