I don't know how they can claim they just discovered it.
I have often heard it reported when it's lost so there must be lots of it about.
I mean even if you just look at how much was lost, someone has to find it again sooner or later.
It must be all over the place. 
Unless of course, it is very rare,.. and it's the same element of surprise that is continually being lost and then found again.

Postage from the States is a deal breaker for most things. Germany is expensive too. UK is cheap and Hong Kong & China are cheap too.
You'd think that in this day and age of selling on the web with a worldwide marketplace that making postage CHEAP would be a no brainer.
