Varies from state to state. House prices going up in some states and down in others...

Falling commodity prices??? Iron ore just went up 70-90%. Oil...

The problem for the economists at the moment is fitting the current chaos into a model!

My accountant had the same thing as a clock in his office, it was interesting from year to year to see where the hand was, I think it stayed still at 8pm for most of the 90's.
