That is not unique to WA! I travel to Sydney from Newcastle on a fairly frequent basis and use the trains in order to avoid the traffic on the F3. It invariably means changing carriage at least once owing to anti social behaviour.

My last trip I put my foot down and three teenagers moved out very fast.
