Been into cars my whole life. Turbocharged my first KP61 Starlet in 1987 as a senior in high school. Always loved the Starlets, and had a load of them. Peaked with a Skyline GT-R Nismo in the late 90's. That car went 8.8" at 163mph. Ended up parting it out, and sold the chassis as a roller to a friend from high school. Last kid graduating university shortly, so I decided to buy a car for me, instead of building everyone else's cars... Thought long and hard about buying a stock KP and dumping around US$40k into it. Then I came to my senses, and decided I didn't want to work on it all the time, and chase rust for the rest of my life. Walked into a Toyota dealer January last year, and dropped US$50k on a GR Yaris RZ High Performance. Car delivers next month. Here's a 1971 Hokoska I fuel injected with direct fire ignition and ITBs (Haltech).
