Had an argeument with a Fire Officer who seemed to think he had unfettered right to enter any premises.
I pointed out to him the part of the act that said a fire officer only had right to enter a building or part of a building, or vehicle or vessel or tent that was used for residential purposes in the aftermath of a fire incident.
That is the LAW, so if one or more of them want's to enter your residential premises, you can let them in or tell them to fack off.
If the prick that wants to enter is holding a gun at your head, it is then time to think "survival".
