Last week I had to travel to Mackay from Brisbane to care for a family member that was recovering from major surgery and I wanted to do some paddling while I was up there. I went and visited Joe and Mel from Adrenalin Rush (http://www.adrenalinrush.net.au/) to see if they could help me out and you couldn't find two more helpful and friendly people. They went above and beyond what I would call great customer service and went out of the their way to help me out with an inflatable board and paddle and because of their amazing help I was able to get some great little training paddles in on the Pioneer River and within the local marina.
So if you are ever in Mackay and looking for a paddle do yourself a favour and go and visit Joe and Mel, you will struggle to find two more friendlier people doing all they can to share the stoke within Mackay and Central QLD.
