For the past few years, I've had this fixation on a new cocktail for the x-mas season. By the end of the end of the season, we never drink the same cocktail ever again - that flavour keeps repeating - kind of like lemon chicken, it always seems to taste so good at the time. However, I still do have a bit of a soft spot for the Mojitos - we did them in 2008 or was that 2007.

This year, or was it last year, I had this fixation on making Mai Tai's our cocktail for the season. I was just in Hawaii and had some wonderful tasting ones at the Outrigger resorts - $3.50 during happy hour.

On returning, I was looking on Google for recipes, It turns out there are lots of them and some of the ingredients are kind of hard to get here. As a result, we never quite got around to it.

Anyone got a good recipe for them.
