I live and kite surf in hua hin Thailand, if you want to go kitesurfing in hua hin here is a few tips:
there are 2 main wind seasons:
1. NE wind winds, wind systems 12- 25 knots can come for a week and then off one week, good month for wind Oct - Dec
2. SE wind thermal wind consistent 15-20 Knots every day wide beach and flat -choppy water during Jan- May
the weather is good and you don't need a wet suit, but need to bring protection from jelly fish and sun cream.
