The DEMO will be run in conjunction with the JPP time trials from 7.30am

Balmoral team, will be on hand with tips and instruction and guidance on the right gear for you.

Learn to SUP Lessons just $25pp or $20pp for kids and families.

Funds raised will go to the JDRF - Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

Great to have the time trials up and going again after a little while off. 24 paddlers set off around the 4.84 km and saw the course get ripped apart by Steve Morrison in a new time of 29 mins 20 seconds giving an ave speed of 9.9 km/h. That's FAST anywhere!

Taking advantage of this great New Years weather we will be holding our first DEMO for 2013 at Jamieson Park Paddle - The Esplanade Narrabeen Lake.

This is a pretty and protected spot where you can try out all types of boards.
