Just wondering if anyone had kited Smokey bay (or maybe streaky bay) or I guess the general area. Heading over to Smokey Bay soon on a fishing trip and wanted to do some kiting. I know there is great wind but just wondering about sharks in the bay. A couple people have said I would be nuts to go swimming (kiting) their. They have the shark cage for a reason I guess. Thoughts?
Been wanting to check out the breaks around Wanna.With all the Great Whites in Wa it was a good time to go. The water was warm and the wind was blowing.The place can best be described as the "Wanna Skate Park" ,bowls everywhere. Been in the area many times surfing but this one was a first on the kite.It is strictly bring your own crowd here.
