Surf to City Yacht Race Postponed

Due to the flood tragedy in Queensland?s south east, Queensland Cruising Yacht Club has decided to postpone the 2011 Surf to City Yacht Race. The Race Director and committee feel that the debris that is likely to be in the bay could be a significant hazard to all competitors. Furthermore, the magnitude of the tragedy that has occurred in the region far outweighs any desire we have to stage the Surf to City.
