Lake Mulwala Power Festival. Champion river racer Ricky Howard has his sights set on winning the 2010 Union Internationale Motonautique (U.I.M) World Grand Prix Hydroplane Championship. Howard in his Grand Prix Hydroplane 'Aussie Stop Leak Hyper Active' will be at the beautiful Lake Mulwala to try and steal a World Championship.
