On a personal note, why am I selling up?

I have been running Kitepower Geelong since 1999 (this alone might explain it!), and while I still love kiting, I now have an awesome young boy and a burgeoning interest in permaculture.  Running a kite business has been an amazing and extremely valuable experience, you can't go too wrong with 9:30 starts and not a boss to answer to except your own energy and motivation.

The cost of establishing a new business far exceeds the purchase price of this one, yet the earnings potential of the business is an upside that remains fully with the buyer.  It's an opportunity that doesn't come around all too often.
