The Coconet Classic is an extreme sports and music festival held in the twin towns Boyne Island/Tannum Sands in central queensland. The event showcases the AKSA National Kitesurfing Titles, one of the largest independent Skate/BMX/Scooter comps in Queensland and new for 2009 is the Major Music Festival.
