The theory is that the Snt Johns Catholic reformatory at Kapunda (Burra) was nothing more than a scam.
Nuns with guns is an old one on accountants.
Kapunda South Australia at the time was one of the wealthiest places in Australia with a population of around 5000.
The reformatory was out of town, it was built near the top of a hill, between the town and the hill was a river, and again it shows all the positioning of old west gangster-bandit and inclusively military style "placement".
An extra point i found was a video of some people at night at the ruins watching a flare light up the night sky and thousands of square meters of paddock.
