Rolled in on the Friday at 1pm day before the comp / Swell was on the up and up and the wind was solid 18 to 25 Southerly sw
The early arvo afternoon was pretty dam exiting with solid mast plus sets ,there was a lot of activity on the water.
Despite this there were heaps of waves to go round with plenty of wild building swell sets
I was on a 5.0 fully lit larger board but with persistence you found glassy sections

Comp morning the wind was easterly and things were looking to good to be true / you could smell the bush fire smoke The swell was clean solid and consistent , it pretty well stayed Glassy all morning before the smoke haze filtered in again as a light SE breeze trickled in conditions by 12pm were cross off just 10 to 15 gusting 18 perfection ................ with glassy mast high consistent sets.......I Used 5.5 By 3 it was 18 to 23knots for the open and elite to rip it up till dark A Great couple of days windsurfing
