Vietnam in February
hey guys,
we're headed to Nha Tran in February (first time), from what I've searched it looks like Mui Ne is the kite mecca of Vietnam, but it also sounds like it's overrun with Russians and beginners.
Does anyone know of some better spots in the area?
Any other travel tips would also be greatly appreciated
