In late Sept/October I'll be crossing the country on my bike with my kites and boards. Going to take a few weeks to do it and see where I can stop along the way on windy days. Any recommendations where I should visit? Anyone else going to be driving across around then too?

I'm getting a motorbike to get to/from work and I figured, hey why not use it to get to the beach?
I've been on google and I searched the forum for some easy to install (and fairly cheap) solution on how to mount a surfboard or a twin tip board on the side of the bike, but all I have found are kind of sketch DIY ones or racks for scooters..

Any tips on where I can find a motorbike rack that would fit a 135cm twin tip (with boots) or a 7'4 surfboard on a regular motorbike, say a Honda VTR 250?

According to NSW laws (hungracks.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/www.legislation.nsw_.gov_.au_inforcepdf_2005-607.pdf) it seems that the board can't be sticking out more than 15cm in the front or 30cm in the back, but since a bike is about 2m long and 7'4 = 2,23m I think it will fit inside the legal limit
