My wife got bitten by the next door neighbor's cat last night while trying to separate it from our dog (who was trying to kill it).

Six stitches later and she's out of the water for a week.

Damn shame too because she's been loving the new board. Rides beautifully. She even managed a sneaky five yesterday.

Doctor and Nurse were brilliant. Nurse was a surfer and understood so dressed it so she could surf next week. Stitches out in ten days.
