Want FUN and exciting Sup racing in the Nations Capital? Well ask and Ye shall receive.
Sunday March 2nd will see the first stop of the
2014 Naish N1sco race series roll into Canberra.
Wetspot Watersports are kindly hosting and throwing
over $1000 worth of prizes into the pool for lucky paddlers. First place in any of the three serious races will walk away with
$150 cash paid on the day, so an easy way to make the cost of your fuel back again!
The day will kick off with Rego at 8:00 am.
Races will include:
100m sprint heats and finals 9:00 -10:00
200m intermediate heats and finals 10:00 - 12:00
2000m distance heats and finals 12:00 - 2:00
Fun relay approx 3pm
A presentation will be held at 4pm.
Burley Griffin Canoe club will man a BBQ for the day so food and drinks will be available.
Entry is $15 for Paddle NSW members, or $35 including a day membership to PNSW. entry also includes a one-of-a-kind Event shirt, and a chance to win the Season prize of a chance to get flown to EUROPE to compete in the N1sco WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS (donated by the good guys at Naish Australia).
