Just saw through the BWS facebook page that Ben was rescued and will be out for a few months. Anyone know what happened?? Obviously if someone like Ben can come unstuck it can happen to all of us. But I'd like to know what went wrong to prevent it happening to me?? Hope he has a speedy recovery.

I want to say a HUGE thanks to everyone who came and rescued me off the rocks yesterday, the ambulance crew and everyone who has been sending messages to see if I???m okay, I really, really appreciate it and it???s been a very humbling experience. No matter how in tune you think you are, the elements always have the last say. I???ll be out for a few months, but I???ll live and I???m just so thank full I had an amazing couple of days of kiting before it all went down at my favorite event of the year.
