For Sale a 1/5 share in a 2000 Northshore 370.
Fantastic cruiser racer. 3 double cabins, TV/DVD, BBQ, 4 burner LPG stove, oven, 2 fridges, enclosed head/shower, transom shower hot/cold, electric windlass, stereo CD player, VHF radio, Raymarine ST60 wind and tridata. Great for a day on the harbour, social racing or extended overnights. Furler and lazy jacks make it very easy to sail. Traveler and winches on the cabin top give an uncluttered cockpit great for entertaining.

www.yachtandboat.com.au/news/...-sports-review Just slipped (Aug) and ready for summer. New engine and saildrive 2010. Standing rigging replaced 2009. New lifelines, sheets, hatch covers, sheet bags. 12mths insurance.
On the marina at Birkenhead in one of the best berths for easy access into and out of the marina. 24hr security and secure toilets/showers for berth holders. Marina office staffed 7 days per week. Car park pass for Birkenhead $5 per 24hrs. Birkenhead has Coles, bottle shop, food court etc and then just walk out onto the boat.
Long established self managed syndicate with only light use of boat (I use it by far the most). No points or allocated days etc. Just TXT the other owners (for weekends/public hols/short trips etc) and negotiate any clashes. Each owner pays directly to marina for berthing fees ($200/mth by direct debit). All other maintenance expenses are split as needed.
Regrettable sale as the other owners don't want to relocate it to Perth where I'm headed.
Being a self managed syndicate, other owners will need to approve new shareholder.
$24,000.
