CENTRAL NORTH COAST, Stanley to the Northern Tip of Flinders Is:

Tuesday: Winds: West to southwesterly 15 to 25 knots increasing to 20 to 30 knots around dawn then increasing to 30 to 35 knots during the afternoon. Seas:1 to 2 metres increasing to 3 metres during the morning then increasing to 3 to 4 metres by early evening. Swell: Westerly to 1.5 metres.
Wednesday: Winds: West to southwesterly 15 to 25 knots, reaching 30 knots at times, becoming westerly 15 to 20 knots during the morning then increasing to 20 to 25 knots during the afternoon. Seas: Up to 3 metres decreasing to 2 metres during the morning. Swell: Westerly to 1.5 metres


SOUTHEAST COAST, Tasman Is to South East Cape:

Tuesday: Winds: South to southwesterly 10 to 20 knots becoming southwesterly 30 to 35 knots around midday. Seas: Up to 1.5 metres increasing to 2 to 3 metres around midday then increasing to 3 to 4 metres by early evening. Swell: Southwesterly to 3.5 metres.
Wednesday: Winds: Westerly 30 to 40 knots, lighter inshore. Seas: 3 to 4 metres increasing to 5 metres during the afternoon. Swell: Southwesterly increasing to 4.5 to 5.5 metres.
