due to the fact that predominately a lazy prick in the kitchen but my Tahitian lime tree is chocker's (36 limes off about 1/3 of the tree)..the chilli bush is flowering.... homer at the chilli festival is my favourite episode and i've had a few beers....the best dipping sauce known to man or lazy chef
2 or 3 chillies
2 or 3 garlic gloves
mash em together in a paste
squeeze as many limes as you want and a teaspoon of raw sugar
mix it up
dip any chicken/roti/naan/ or pour a little over any rice dish or sip as a palate cleanser
tastes/works a treat with the ladies (or whatever your pref)
