Will i have any issues doing this?
I lost my bar and lines from a 2009 North Rebel recently and l am looking to replace at minimal cost. There are quite a few cheap kites (12m) with bar and lines included and assuming the lines and safety equipment are in good condition i reckon it could work out a bit cheaper plus I would have another kite - yes a few years old but I not too worried and the moment as i am at the bottom of the learning curve.
Were there any safety advancements from 2008 to 2009?
