Megga thanks to the kiter (jason??) who dragged me back to the beach.
And to Nils and his dad, and the others for pulling my gear off buckets (lucky it was super high tide, not a scratch!!)

Looks like the Ankle isn't broken but my right MCL is torn. Off to get an MRI now.
Looks like 6 weeks in a brace, 2 on crutches then all winter rehab :(
Anyhow will find out more soon but hopefully the rest of my knackered knee is ok.
