GoPro Kiteboard mount

How do you mount your GoPro on your kiteboard?

I designed this flat plate with symmetrical holes for mounting using the fin screws. My board screws are 38mm apart. I wonder if that is a standard now a days?

I haven't tested it yet but I feel confident. Any thoughts?

Go pro hero 3 accessories

Him, I just bought a go pro hero 3 but is it compatible with the camrig fin mount or new pre order line mount? It just says on their website and on all the website I've been that it I compatible with go pro 2. Does anyone knows?
